Full DR Package ($3,500): Everything in Verification plus live restore test (up to 2 systems), detailed DR playbook with step-by-step procedures, RTO/RPO analysis, recovery contact list, and quarterly backup verification checklist. System = one application/data store (file server, database, M365 tenant, single VM). Additional systems +$500 each.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide the backup solution itself?
No. This service verifies and tests your existing backup solution. We assess what you have, test if it works, and document recovery procedures. If you need a new backup solution, we can recommend options, but implementation is separate.
What counts as a 'system' for restore testing?
A system is one application or data store. Examples: file server (1 system), SQL database (1 system), M365 tenant (1 system), single VM (1 system). If you have a complex environment with 3-4 critical systems, we'll test up to 2 in the base package, and charge +$500 per additional system.
What if the restore test fails?
We'll document what failed and why, then provide remediation recommendations. Fixing the backup configuration or implementing a new solution would be a separate engagement—but at least you'll know before a real disaster.
How often should we do this?
At minimum, annually. For critical businesses or compliance requirements, quarterly testing is recommended. We offer a recurring DR Testing Service ($1,500/quarter) for ongoing confidence.
