What happens if a test fails?
We document the failure, root cause, and provide remediation recommendations. Fixing the issue is a separate engagement. The value of this service is finding problems before a real disaster—not during one.
Can you test different systems each quarter, or is it always the same?
We can rotate systems or test the same critical systems every quarter—your choice. Most clients test their 1-2 most critical systems (domain controller, database, file server) every quarter to ensure consistent recovery capability.
