What happens if someone is offboarded but needs to come back?
The workflow can be reversed or adjusted. We build in flexibility for scenarios like contractors returning, employees taking leave, or rehires. Manager approval workflows ensure nothing happens automatically without review.
Will this work with our existing IT setup?
This service is designed for Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange). If you use different identity systems (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.), contact us—we may be able to accommodate with custom pricing.
What if we need more than 5 role templates?
Base pricing includes up to 5 role-based templates (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Executive, Contractor). Additional role templates are +$300 each. Most clients start with 3-5 core roles and add more later as needed.
