Can training be delivered remotely, or does it have to be in-person?

Both options are available. Remote training via Teams or Zoom is most common and included in the pricing. In-person training in the Oklahoma City or Tulsa metro areas is available—travel fees may apply for locations outside those areas.

What topics do you cover in the training?

We customize based on your needs, but common topics include: Teams fundamentals, SharePoint collaboration, OneDrive best practices, Outlook calendar/task management, and security awareness (MFA, phishing). Tell us your pain points and we'll design the session accordingly.

Will you record the session for employees who can't attend?
