Can I purchase just one part of this bundle instead of the whole thing?
Yes. Each component is available separately: Identity & Security ($6,500), M365 Governance ($3,500), and Employee Lifecycle ($2,500). The bundle saves you $1,500 if you need all three. We recommend the bundle for companies starting fresh.
What if we have more than 25 employees?
The individual services have tiered pricing that goes up to 50 employees. For 26-50 employees, expect $18,500-$22,000 for the bundle. For larger organizations (50+ employees), we'll provide custom bundle pricing. Contact us for a quote.
Do we need to have Microsoft 365 already?
Yes. This bundle assumes you have M365 Business Premium or equivalent licenses. If you're not on M365 yet, we can help you get set up, but licensing costs are separate from this bundle.
What's included vs. not included?
Included: 10-25 users, 1-25 Teams/SharePoint sites, up to 5 role templates, single office location, up to 3 SSO apps. NOT included: Additional users beyond 25, additional sites beyond 25, additional role templates beyond 5, multi-location setups (+$1,000 per location), additional SSO apps beyond 3 (+$500 each).
