What do I need to prepare before the session?
We'll send a prep checklist before the session, but generally: admin access to your key systems (M365, backup tools, etc.), a list of your current pain points, and any budget or timeline constraints you're working with.
Do I have to hire you for implementation afterward?
No. The assessment is valuable on its own. You'll get documented recommendations and pricing that you can use however you want—implement yourself, use another vendor, or hire us. No pressure.
